The warranty period for all spare parts we sell ranges from 1 to 2 years. This warranty is only valid if the spare part was installed in accordance with all standards and by an manufacturer's authorized service center.
Replacement of a spare part will be covered solely upon inspection, and solely if the spare part was found to be defective from the factory.

The warranty does not extend to the following instances:
- Incorrect installation or careless operation;
- Normal wear and tear of the part;
- Mechanical damage, such as accidents or falling into a pit;
- Damages resulting from the use of low-quality fuel (applicable to parts associated with the fuel system).
Following the delivery of the part, returns are not possible except in cases where a defect is identified in the spare part. For inquiries regarding warranty and returns of spare parts, please contact our company representatives.
According to EU regulations, customers have the right to return, replace, or repair products that are found to be faulty or do not match the advertised description or functionality. Orders made due to mistake, ignorance, or for verification purposes are not eligible for return. Additionally, private individual customers are entitled to a 14-day return policy. After this 14-day period, we do not accept any claims regarding received products or damages. Please be aware that these rules exclusively apply to orders made for countries within the EU.
Return for damaged products:
To initiate the return of a damaged product, please complete our form, which will be provided by our manager, and attach a photo confirming the defective part. If the item sustained damage during delivery, kindly take a photograph of the unopened package as received by the courier. Additionally, we request that you attach photographs showing the defect in the product from various angles.
