1. Spare parts for a vehicle are sourced and ordered through a distinctive code assigned to each part (article).
2. You need to input the spare part number into the search box, and within moments, the system will present details about the corresponding article.
3. Select the spare parts you need and place them in the cart.
4. After filling in all your details about the delivery location, select the delivery method and pay for the order.
5. Once you've placed the order, you'll receive an email notification regarding the status of your order and an electronic invoice will be sent to the email address provided.
When searching for spare parts, you can view their expected delivery time to our warehouse. Upon adding items to your cart, you'll be able to see the estimated shipping date for your order.
If you add multiple quantities of spare parts, the delivery times to our warehouse for delayed items will be displayed. For example, if you order a spare part for a Mercedes Benz with a delivery estimate of 7-9 days to our warehouse and a spare part for a Scania truck with a delivery estimate of 30-35 days to our warehouse, your order will be consolidated and shipped only when all the spare parts have arrived at our warehouse.
Express delivery:
Delivery from our warehouse to your door takes 1 to 8 business days, depending on your location.
Standard Delivery:
Delivery from our warehouse to your door takes 3 to 15 business days, depending on your location.
Attention! Opting for Express delivery does not reduce the time it takes for spare parts to arrive at our warehouse from the supplier's warehouse.

Shipping costs are provided for informational purposes solely. These costs may fluctuate based on the package's weight and the quantity of packages.
Unfortunately, large, wide, or heavy orders may not be eligible for the standard shipping rate. In such cases, please contact our friendly support team, and they will assist you in calculating the accurate shipping cost. This will help you save both time and money, and prevent any unnecessary misunderstandings during the ordering process.
The standard payment conditions require 100% advance payment for orders. Alternative payment terms are negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
The supplier reserves the right to adjust the standard payment terms on a per-case basis, taking into account factors such as payment history, cumulative turnover, client solvency, and financial status.
Bank Transfer: Request this payment method from our managers. Once the order is paid, the money will be transferred to our account within 1-2 working days. All necessary accounting documents will be provided upon receiving the order.

Upon payment, you will be redirected to a secure payment page where you can enter your debit card information. In the "My Orders" section, every client can monitor the status of their orders and the dates of status changes online. This enables them to stay informed about the entire process, from placing the order to its delivery to our warehouse.
The order statuses include:
1. Awaiting: The order has been paid for and has passed our verification, awaiting confirmation from our manager.
2. Confirmed / Accepted: One of our managers confirmed the order and initiated processing.
3. Shipped / Sent: The order has been collected and dispatched to the client. Please await delivery.
4. Completed: The order was delivered and fully completed.
5. Denied / Cancelled: The order has not undergone verification by either one of our managers or the secury system. The function is also used when the order was canceled by mutual agreement.
6. Delay of delivery: The order is delayed and does not meet the shipping deadline according to our previous data. Kindly reach out to our support team for updated information.
The warranty period for all spare parts we sell ranges from 1 to 2 years. This warranty is only valid if the spare part was installed in accordance with all standards and by an manufacturer's authorized service center.
Replacement of a spare part will be covered solely upon inspection, and solely if the spare part was found to be defective from the factory.

The warranty does not extend to the following instances:
Incorrect installation or careless operation;
Normal wear and tear of the part;
Mechanical damage, such as accidents or falling into a pit;
Damages resulting from the use of low-quality fuel (applicable to parts associated with the fuel system).
Following the delivery of the part, returns are not possible except in cases where a defect is identified in the spare part. For inquiries regarding warranty and returns of spare parts, please contact our company representatives.
According to EU regulations, customers have the right to return, replace, or repair products that are found to be faulty or do not match the advertised description or functionality. Orders made due to mistake, ignorance, or for verification purposes are not eligible for return. Additionally, private individual customers are entitled to a 14-day return policy. After this 14-day period, we do not accept any claims regarding received products or damages. Please be aware that these rules exclusively apply to orders made for countries within the EU.
Return for damaged products:
To initiate the return of a damaged product, please complete our form, which will be provided by our manager, and attach a photo confirming the defective part. If the item sustained damage during delivery, kindly take a photograph of the unopened package as received by the courier. Additionally, we request that you attach photographs showing the defect in the product from various angles.
The client is only able to cancel the order while it remains in the "Awaiting" status.
Once the order transitions to any other status, cancellation can only occur through mutual agreement.
Should you opt to cancel an order in any status other than "Awaiting" and request a refund, we retain the right to deduct 50% of the total order cost. By placing an order, the customer fully agrees with the order cancellation conditions.
